One of the best things about Christmas is all that time off work! Most offices will close completely between Christmas and New Year, giving you lots of time in which to catch up with jobs around the house.
If you fancy sprucing up the kitchen floor, or giving the bathroom a bit of a makeover, visit your nearest Home Tiles store to have a look at our wall and floor tiles. Choose from a huge range of hard-wearing ceramic and porcelain tiles that all come in a range of colours and finishes. We also stock mosaic and picture tiles to add interest and make a feature.
We understand how difficult it can be to decide what you need to do, which is why Home Tiles works with an interior design partner, Sai Siddique. Check out Sai’s blogs which give useful advice about all aspects of designing a new room, especially when it comes to tiles.
Napoleon is supposed to have said: “If you want a thing done well, do it yourself”! Whilst we doubt that the famous French military leader ever rolled his sleeves up to do a spot of grouting, we’re very much behind all DIY enthusiasts’ efforts. If you’re doing the job yourself, we want you to do a great job. If you lay them well, use the correct adhesive – very important if you’re creating a floor over underfloor heating – and look after your tiles, they’ll last for decades.
Please feel free to come into the store and ask us for advice about anything tile-related. Not only are we bound to know the answer and will be more than happy to give you all the advice you need, we’ll even make you a cup of tea!
And when the job’s finished and you’re standing back to admire your work, send us a photo and we’ll post it in our Customer Gallery so you can inspire anyone making a New Year’s Resolution to renovate their kitchen or bathroom or hallway.
If you want to make the most of your time off between Christmas and New Year, make sure you visit a Home Tiles store. We’re open 7 days a week. We will be open between Christmas and New Year – we’ll advertise the days and times on the website and on Facebook and Twitter.
