As an experienced Retail Sales Advisor (or Assistant Manager), you love the hustle and bustle of a busy store environment, understand how to build rapport with customers, have smashed your sales targets and enjoy working in a team.

But it’s now time to earn more money and take on more responsibility… The next step is to find a new role which will develop your skills and lead you on to bigger things.

Your ambitions are BIG and you’re keen to progress to a full management position in the coming years.

Your new role

You will have a proven track record in retail, an aptitude for sales and a customer-focused approach.

We’ll provide a comprehensive training programme so that you get to know all of our product ranges and what makes them unique along with developing your team management skills. We believe if your team is happy, then your customers will be happy too.

It’s a five star service culture here, so be prepared to muck-in with your team and lead by example. Yes, we’d expect you to carry customers’ tiles to their cars (they can be heavy!), make them a cuppa and have a chat in addition to motivating and managing your team.

Many of our regular customers are Trade, so you’ll also have the opportunity to build relationships with local professionals – they’re a great bunch of people.

We’d expect you to take pride in your work whatever you are doing. This could be coaching your team members, speaking to customers or making sure the store is tidy and welcoming by refreshing store displays.
