Basic £27-£29K / OTE £30-35K
As part of our Management Team, you’ll thrive in a busy retail environment, be committed to outstanding customer service, staff development, and enjoy building relationships with both our trade and retail customers.
You might not know much about tiles, but you do know about retail and have at least two years’ experience managing a store and staff.
You’re a commercially aware, proactive team player who is dedicated to hitting your targets and leading by example.
Happy to ‘roll up your sleeves’ and get stuck in to whatever the day brings, you understand that a well trained, highly motivated team is paramount to the success of your store (and your P&L) and are happy to put in the leg-work to make sure this happens.
As a people-person, you firmly believe in excellence in customer service and enjoy contributing to Management Team strategies and new initiatives. You like to make things happen and love diversity in your job.
