Tiles like cloth, have shade variations, that is why it is vital that you and your builder/tiler check that you have received the correct tiles and that you are happy with the shades/batch numbers prior to fitting the tiles.
We will be most happy to change any stock at this stage. Providing the request is made within 28 days of purchase we are able to accept stock worth up to 10% of the original order to be returned.
However once the tiles have been fitted we will not enter into any form of refitting or compensation costs.
Please note that we can not accept returns of any adhesives or special orders.
Timescales for orders and delivery are approximate.
This statement forms part of our contract with you so please check deliveries prior to fitting.
We will refund up to 10% of any undamaged, full box tiles in their original boxes within 28 days of the date of delivery. The customer will be responsible for arranging the return of goods to any Home Tiles store.
A copy of the original receipt must accompany the goods.
