The manager of the store Mr Gutum has got an ideal attitude to assist the customers in the best way. He solve the problem which i was thinking is not going to be solved without fighting back my money and expense from my side. Not greedy and very professional and best understanding approach of Gutum makes me to find a reason to buy from them tiles again.

I had such great experience from when I had entered the shop till the time I left shop. The team in barking are wonderful they showed me what tiles I need for a bathroom. Also I was confused in what to chose but they got a whole range of tiles showing me what would look really good. Such great experience thank you to the team. Mabs Gotham and lipu who was great all round ideas put together made my bathroom beautiful. Thank you once again to the team at barking.

I was served by a young intelligent efficient man named Orkan, his customer service was exceptional. I was advised from beginning to end and felt very comfortable with my purchase. Orkan was polite, friendly, patient and honest with my purchase from the second I walked into the shop until the minute I left. Not only was the shop affordable there were some beautiful tiles that were modern and varied which buzzed inspirational design ideas. Keep up the good work Orkan and team. Will definitely be recommending.

We bought wall, floor and mosaic tiles for our new bathroom from the Barking store. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful in helping us to choose suitable combinations, letting us place tiles from different ends of the store side by side - even though we made it clear on a first visit that we weren’t committed to buying anything. They gave us a very good price and delivered exactly at the time promised. There was also no problem returning unused boxes. When I went back with the leftover tiles and showed the store manager what we’d done with our bathroom, he was genuinely interested in looking at photos. Clearly he likes the work he does. This store is right by Wickes and has a much better, cheaper range of tiles, so check them out if you’re on site. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Extremely friendly staff. Manager Goutham always ready help as like the rest of the staff. Wide range of selections to choose from. I've had my whole house tiled recently and all my tiles were from Home Tiles in Barking. Their prices are very reasonable. The staffs are always available to help and also advise about what colour tiles would go with what borders. I would go again if I need any more tiles and highly recommend them to friends and family.

Have been into the Barking branch a lot recently, redecorating a house. The Barking store has an amazing assistant- Orkun. He was the most helpful, genuine, knowledgeable, friendly guy & showed such patience with us and also have been nothing but helpful, I had to ask many questions, on more than one occasion! They had patience, plenty of respect and lots of knowledge, thanks.

I was at wickes today when i suddenly came across home tiles just opposite wickes. Such great customer service from enetering the shop till the very end of making my purchase mabz was very helpful. They had everything that i wanted in stock and was able to take everythings straight away. I will definitely recomend this place as not only mabz but the team it self in the barking branch are great. Felt like people we have known for ages.

Mate, exceptional service from mabz at home tiles. Every other tile shop I’ve been to, I had a bad experience and wasn’t receiving the good service but mabz was the only nicest individual I came across out off all those tile retailers, and very well informed too. I went to all the tile shop around east London area and I have to say the presentation of displays and varieties in the shop is one of the best. Prices are very appealing. Best prices by far. Due to needing tiles i did pop down to Home Tiles the branch in barking there customer service was very warming and helpful with the service they provide. I bought the 32 packs of tiles from their Barking store, no doubt it was a lovely product which I could not find anywhere else. However I had to return 2 of them, as not required anymore, which they accepted happily even after 28 days without any issue, I am really glad that they did not charge me so called ReStocking charges.Tiles collection in atore is great, Gotham is a lovely & smiling person who loves to serve customers with his valueable advice.The dont accept grout if you are returning it which is a bad thing.No doubt staff needs to be more well trained, lack of professionism may be noticed which appears to be a result of work pressure but not always. Surely they need to improve their customer services if they are going to compete the market.I ll recommend this store to my friends n family members.

I am most impressed with the manager (Goutam) of this Home Tiles store including the staff members that work in the Barking Branch. My first encounter at the store was back in 20th July 2018 when I purchased Oyster Sparkle Tile. Goutam was very helpful and guided me through the whole transaction. I am very happy with this store. It was a pleasure visiting Home Tiles. From my first contact with the shop and dedicated staff, I was offered a lovely service with a lot of knowledge shared in respect to tiles- considering I had no clue about tiles when I walked in to the shop. I was proffered with a lot of options and ideas that gave me adequate base to make my decision. The shop staff (Goutam) and his colleagues) were very professional throughout and advised me adequately. If you need good tiles with a sound service I will recommend Home Tiles Barking. Great Job guys, I now have a lovely bathroom.

Entering the shop I was immediately greeted with a very warm and friendly welcome. One of the staff members, Imran, rushed to asssist me and took me around the shop to dig out a range of tiles that would be best suited to my needs. After showing me the appropriate tiles he fully explained the advantages and disadvantages of each tile in a manner which was very informative and easy to gauge and understand. I found the service at Home Tiles Barking excellent and felt they went above and beyond the normal requirements to make me feel like a valued customer and in aiding me in choosing the right tiles for me, especially the salesman Imran.
